Nigel D. Allen graduated from University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree on the 26th, October 1989. Following further study, he qualified as a solicitor on the 30th, March 1994. He established Nigel D. Allen & Co. Solicitors on the 29th, March 1996 offering a full range of legal services to clients locally, nationally and internationally.
He was appointed as a Notary Public by the Chief Justice Supreme Court of the Republic of Ireland on the 15th, July 2004. He serves on the Governing Council and Finance Committee of the Faculty of Notaries Public in Ireland. He is also the Deputy-Dean of the Faculty. He was awarded by the Faculty of Notaries Public in Ireland the Diploma in Notarial Law and Practice (Dip.Not.L) on the 25th, June 2015.
He qualified as a Mediator in 2012 and is an accredited member of the MII (Mediators' Institute of Ireland). He was admitted as a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators on the 17th, September 2015.
